Note: Registration fees are non-refundable. If it becomes impossible for you to attend the September 13, 2008 Workshop, and you notify us prior to August 29, 2008, we will refund your registration fee minus a $50.00 processing cost. Notification after August 29, 2008 or failure to attend on September 13, 2008 will forfeit your entire registration fee.
